Can I change my order?

If you need your order changed, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started printing your documents, we will be able to make any changes.

Do your prices include VAT?

All our price which you see on our web site or in your quotation from us are VAT-exclusive prices. VAT@20%

Do your prices include delivery charges?
No. Our prices exclude delivery. Prices vary depending on your parcel weight, delivery method and the level of cover. So please call us for a quote.
Can I pay on collection?

All orders must be paid in advance. An order is considered placed only after the payment has been arranged.

Companies that have arranged a credit facility with us have 30 days to pay for their orders.

What are the benefits of digital printing?
Well you can print full colour, get a quick delivery, it’s low cost and high quality (better value for short run volumes) and it’s environmentally friendly too! So if you need a single bound booklet printing next day, no problem. If you want short print runs, with a fast turnaround, you’ll find traditional litho printing is less flexible, much more expensive and takes far too long. By contrast digital prints are cheaper and fast as the costs of each page impression is very low compared to litho print.
How should I prepare artwork files for digital printing?

We require files to be provided in PDF-format, for the fastest turnaround time and to avoid any printing issues

What paper stock and sizes do you print?

We stock about many different types of papers and cards. From 150 gsm to 350 gsm with uncoated, gloss, silk or recycled. Please ask us for a sample.

We print all standard paper sizes. These include:

  • A0 – 841mm x 1189mm
  • A1 – 594mm x 841mm
  • A2 – 420mm x 594mm
  • A3 – 297mm x 420mm
  • A4 – 210mm x 297mm
  • A5 – 148mm x 210mm
  • A6 – 105mm x 148mm
  • Business card size – 55mm x 85mm
  • We can also print custom sizes up to 800mm width and 2000mm length.

Large size documents can be printed on:

  • 150 gsm  paper or 200 gsm silk or uncoated paper.
  • matt paper is suitable for architectural and plan drawing printing and or for prints with little ink coverage.
  • 150 gsm gloss paper is our entry level option for poster printing. We recommend it for documents with light ink coverage.

What are the turnaround times for poster printing?

You can collect your documents from our printing centre on City Road, Central London. We are open Mon-Sat – 08.30-18.00 (later by appointment). 

If you prefer to get your documents delivered, we offer different delivery options such as same day courier delivery for London, next day national delivery and standard over 48 hour delivery.

Can you print saddle-stitched booklets the same day?
Saddle-stitched booklets are normally printed and ready for collection the same day. That would still be subject to the time you place the order, the amount and our workload for the day
Do you offer print discounts?

Yes we occasionally run discount codes and vouchers for our customers. Please follow us on Instagram and Facebook for special benefits and discounts for our regulars.

Do you do thesis binding on the spot?

No. we need 1 working day for hard cover thesis/ dissertation binding.

Why cheap printing isn't always your best choice
Cost is the most crucial consideration for the majority of people. A competent printing service company will strike a balance by offering high-quality services at a reasonable cost. You should be able to acquire both great discounts and great results. The market is expanding every day, forcing companies to be more inventive and stand out with their unique, above-par offerings. A professional commercial printer company should be able to assist you at every level of the process, from early design considerations through the selection of final printing procedures and techniques. They can only get the best outcomes if they have all of the necessary data. This needs the honesty and professionalism of a corporation from the outset.
Do you offer printing while you wait?
If you have few pages to print, that can be done on the spot. This is for print ready documents only of A4 or A3 size which are not full bleed. Please, note that we have a minimum charge for printing which includes use of a computer with internet.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Delivery on Saturdays is available for London only. Your order can be sent via same day courier in the weekend. Delivery on Saturdays and Sundays incurs an extra charge, so contact us for a quote. We are open in the weekends and all orders can be collected from us for free
How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Payments can be done online, in person or over the phone.

Orders placed directly on our web site can be paid via credit/debit card.

If we emailed you a quote and you want to place the order, please let us know and we will email you a payment link. You can pay by clicking on the link and entering your payment details.

We also accept payments over the phone and payments in person in our print-shop.

Some of the orders can be paid by BACs transfer payments (please ask).

We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards

We do not accept cheques

What resolution do you need for printing?
For images to be printed with the best quality, we require them to be in 300 dpi resolution. If the file has to be rescaled, this might still cause pixelation of the images. Please be aware that if you save your file in a resolution higher than 300 dpi, the file size might become too large to be processed by the printer.
What's your privacy policy?

Personal Data We Collect

ADANA collect data so that we may operate effectively and fulfil any print orders on demand. 

We also receive website usage data from Google but this data is anonymous and is not tied to any one one in particular.

The info we collect includes NAP name and address of your organisation  as well as your name and contact telephone numbers and email (be them private or work-provided).

Any payment data entered via this website is not stored or processed by us, but by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure processing of credit/debit card transactions.

For account security reasons, we capture and store your web browser’s user agent and your IP address each time you log into this website. This also enables us to provide technical support for your particular operating system and web browser combination.

We do also receive some personal data for individuals that are not direct customers of ADANA Print. This data is provided by our customers for the purpose of delivery and consists of a name, address and telephone number.

Any personal data we collect is retained for a non-specified period of time so as to link historical orders with individuals.  

How To Access And Control Your Data

You have the right as an individual to find out what information we hold about you and to make corrections if necessary – you also have the right to ask us not to use the information supplied in a certain way.

If you believe we have your data but do not have an account through which to access it, please contact us directly through our contact page ( and we will be happy to provide you with any information that we hold for you.

What are your terms and conditions?

Please remember to place your print order before 2pm for same day service! If ordering online please call us to confirm we’ve received your artwork before arranging collection or delivery.

You must check that the files supplied to us match the correct dimensions of the paper size you ordered. If your artwork doesn’t fit the dimensions of the paper you ordered, your artwork will be resized to fit your ordered paper size.

If the artwork supplied is not suitable for printing, we reserve the right to rejects files supplied by you.

Unless agreed in writing, we are not responsible for checking the accuracy of artwork supplied as an electronic file.

Once proofs are approved, we shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by you.

Because of differences in paper stock and printing inks, we cannot guarantee colour matching.

Unless credit facilities have been agreed, payment will be taken at time of order. An order is considered placed only after the payment has been taken.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe. We do not store any card details on our servers. The only information we have access to is the cards’ metadata such as card type, last 4 digits of the card number and expiry date.

Account customers can apply for favourable credit terms if they meet our eligible criteria. Credit facilities may also be withdrawn by us at any time without notice. Please call us for more information

Turnaround time varies for the different products and different periods of the year. It is important to confirm the turnaround times at the time you are placing the order. We may give you an indication of the turnaround time in advance, but the final delivery/collection date and time will be agreed when you are placing the order.

Whilst will make every effort to complete you print job in the time agreed, we do not accept responsibility for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by you in the event the job is  delayed for whatever the reason.

You may be able to cancel or amend your order prior to us commencing production of your goods and receive a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to determine if we can cancel or amend your order. We will let you know if that is possible.

We will arrange for the delivery of the Goods to the address specified by you in writing. If you do not specify a delivery address or if we both agree, you must collect the Goods from our print shop.

Delivery can take place any time between 8am to 8 pm. Somebody must be present at the address to accept the delivery or the courier will return the Goods back to us. If the delivery fails because no one is available to accept it, you will still be charged the delivery (and an extra charge for rearranging another delivery and the courier charge will have to be paid again).

We can arrange Same day courier, Nationwide delivery – next day, Economy delivery is 3-5 business days or collection within 7 working days of being notified that the print job is complete. Collection should be during our open hours (this may vary so call ahead before collection).

You must inspect the print job on delivery or collection. If there are any damages or shortages, you must tell us in writing in 1 working day of delivery (supply photos of any faults so we can inspect your case and if we are satisfied that we are at fault, we will ask you to return them for a reprint, discount or a full refund. 

We are under no liability and unable to replace or issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • If you were unable to present photographic proof outlined above
  • If you user any the items in your order, after reporting a fault with the order.
  • If the problem is proven to be the result of poor instructions, poor quality artwork supplied, wrong sizing, design errors or other things beyond our control.

Refunds will only be paid for print orders that satisfy these conditions. As our printed items are bespoke, we will not accept returns unless the items was wrongly printed or damaged by us.

We reserve the right to refuse any customers order at our own discretion 

We are under no liability whatsoever to the Customer for any consequential or indirect loss and/ or expense arising from a breach of this contract or negligence by us.

In the event of a breach of this contract or negligence by us the remedies of you shall be limited to damages. Under no circumstances shall the liability of the buyer exceed the price of the services.
